Exclusive Footwear offer three levels of UK shipping
1. Next day delivery (excluding Saturday) £10.95
2. Standard delivery (excluding Saturday £6.95
3. Saturday delivery £16.95
Our authorised partner for shipping is Fedex and we cannot guaruntee that deliveries will arrive on time. We do however, try our very best to ensure that you are completely sastisfied with the service that we provide and send all items out where possible on the day that the order is placed with us.
European and Worldwide deliveries are dispatched using Royal Mail International Signed for.

We will charge one shipping fee no matter how many pairs of shoes you may buy from us in one transaction.
We cannot be responsible for delays that may occur due to third party partners and do not refund postage costs if shoes are delayed.
Exchanged items will be sent out to you free of charge in the UK and at standard cost any where else in the world.
How to Return your product
Please complete the returns form enclosed in your package stating the reason for the return. Remove the label from the form and attach it to your parcel.
We recommend that you use an insured courier service or Royal Mail Special Delivery as we do not accept liability for any products that are lost or damaged during transit.
We do not cover the cost to return the item to us. This cost is your responsibility.
We will email you upon receipt of the product. If we have not emailed you then please assume that the product has not arrived with us and contact your courier service.
Receiving a Refund
We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of the date you purchased the product.
Refunds to you will be made within 14 days of the date of the order returning to us. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card excluding shipping charges where appropriate.
Alternatively, you can request an Exclusive Footwear store credit that can be used against future purchase at Exclusive Footwear either online or at one of our stores.

The purchase of merchandise through Exclusive Footwear Ltd is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the website in accordance with English law.
The website is available only to individuals and others who meet the Exclusive Footwear terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to Exclusive Footwear, whose applications are acceptable to Exclusive Footwear Ltd and who have authorised Exclusive Footwear Ltd to process a charge or charges on their credit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase. Purchases made on the website are for the personal or gift use of the buyer only and are not to be used for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit.
All orders are subject to availability of stock at that time. We will however endeavour to contact you should a product be out of stock and offer you a replacement. If we are awaiting a delivery of stock from a designer we may on occasions take an advance or part payment for an order. We will confirm this to your in writing before any transaction has taken place. Your rights regarding Advance Purchase are the same as those for any other purchase at Exclusive Footwear.
Please be aware that we may be unable to deliver selected advance payment merchandise due to production problems or quality check issues identified when we receive an order into stock. In these circumstances we will notify you by email and refund the advance payment to your credit card within thirty days of being advised that merchandise has become unavailable.
Please be aware that certain products that are in particularly high demand will sell out quickly. If this should happen then please email our sales team who will be happy to add your details to the waiting list and contact you should the item again become available to arrange payment details.
Prices shown on the site are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT. Please note that obvious pricing mistakes made by the Exclusive Footwear team will not be honoured on the website at the time the order is accepted.
Your Order Confirmation
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging your order details. This email is not an acceptance of your order.
Unless you cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation Policy below, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Exclusive Footwear Ltd will be completed when we despatch the goods to you. The sale contract is therefore concluded in York, and the language of the contract is English.
We reserve the right not to accept your order due to non-authorisation of funds, unavailability of stock, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out in the terms and conditions.
We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our: withdrawing any merchandise from the website whether or not that merchandise has been sold or for editing any materials or content on the website, refusing to process a transaction; or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card, Delta, PayPal, American Express and Switch debit cards or via PayPal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by Exclusive Footwear Ltd. You must confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Exclusive Footwear Ltd, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
All credit card transactions on this site are processed using SagePay or PayPal, both secure online payment gateways that encrypt your card details in a secure host environment. At Exclusive Footwear we do not hold your credit card details on the website or our customer database.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure Exclusive Footwear uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the bottom of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.
The greatest effort will be made to ensure that all order and payment details remain secure, but there are cases when this will be beyond our power. In the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Exclusive Footwear.
Exclusive Footwear Ltd via it's carrier insures purchases in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges
Please return goods to Exclusive Footwear within 14 days of purchase.
Items returned outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Exclusive Footwear and can only be refunded as a 'store credit'.
Exchanges received outside of the above stated timescales are subject to product availability and the customer will incur any shipping costs for such exchanges. Any further returns of exchanged items outside the stated timescales will again be at the customers cost for shipping and refunded only as a store credit.
Exclusive Footwear will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and labels removed.
Cancellations will be refunded immediately unless goods have been dispatched, in which case the product will be refunded when goods arrive safely back at the Exclusive Footwear dispatch premises.
We strongly advise all customers to check all products thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags.

Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via recorded delivery or secure courier.
In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item.
Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
Terms and Conditions for Store Credits
A Store Credit will be issue with a unique voucher code number, which can be redeemed at checkout online or at one of our retail stores. A Store Credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
A Store Credit, including any portion thereof, can only be redeemed within one year of its date of issue, after which it expires.
A Store Credit can only be used by the holder of the Store Credit, being the person whose account is credited with that Store Credit. .
A Store Credit cannot be applied to an order which has already been placed with us. If the goods which you order from us with Store Credit cost more than the face value of the Store Credit, the holder must pay the balance by any of the means set out in, and in accordance with, the terms of our payments policy.
